At Rise Bake Shoppe, we offer a volume-based bakery fundraiser for schools, sports teams, and community organizations throughout Lancaster County. Our fundraising program is straightforward: the more you sell, the greater your discount and the more your organization earns.
Everything is made from scratch in our Mount Joy bakery, and our team works with you to make the process easy from start to finish.
How Our Fundraising Program Works
We offer one fundraising model designed to reward your effort:
📦 Volume-Based Fundraising
Your organization sells our baked goods using order forms. As total sales increase, your cost per item decreases, allowing your group to keep the difference.

You choose which items to sell, set your selling price, collect orders, and submit totals to us.
Fundraiser Timeline & Details
To ensure accuracy and quality, we ask that organizations follow these guidelines:
Order Forms: We provide a PDF order form once you select your items. There is space for your organization to set your selling price.
Lead Time: Order totals must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to pickup. For holiday pickups, 3 weeks’ notice is required.
Submitting Orders: Orders are submitted by total quantity per item (not individual customer orders).
Payment: Payment is due by pickup day. Orders cannot be released without payment.
Packaging: To keep your costs low and profits high, items are not individually packaged per order.
Pickup: All fundraiser orders are picked up at our Mount Joy bakery, with staff available to help load your vehicle.

Fundraiser FAQs

We offer a volume-based bakery fundraiser. Your organization sells our baked goods using order forms, and as your total sales increase, your cost per item decreases. The difference between your selling price and our discounted price is your profit.

We partner with schools, sports teams, clubs, churches, and community organizations throughout Lancaster County. If you’re raising money for a group or cause, we’re happy to talk through whether our program is a good fit.

We ask that fundraiser order totals be submitted at least two weeks before pickup. For holiday fundraisers, a three-week lead time is required to ensure availability and quality.

As our products are discounted, we require payment by check to avoid transaction fees. If credit is the only option, a 3% transaction fee will be added to the total.

Your order can be emailed in. For example if you were doing a whoopie pie fundraiser you may send a list that looks like this:
Chocolate with white: 436
Chocolate PB: 350
RV: 100
Pumpkin: 280
Oatmeal: 89

For holiday timed fundraisers, we recommend family sized items like pies, cheesecakes, and cookies.
In fall and the new year, whoopie pie, cookie, and macaron fundraisers perform well.
